How it works!

1. Couple Intake Appointment


Gottman couple therapy starts with a conjoint intake appointment where you and your partner will talk about your history, needs, and current challenges in your partnership.

2. Individual Partner Meetings

 Your therapist then completes individual interviews with each partner to learn about their unique perspective and concerns.  

3. Complete the Gottman Checkup

Couple then complete a questionnaire to get objective data on relationship strengths and challenges.

4. Couple

Feedback Session

Finally, you will meet with your therapist to receive detailed feedback on your relationship. You will

take a deep dive into issues impacting the partnership and make a personalized plan with your therapist to meet your goals
